And if using Skype 4, go to the window that pops up, its an IM window, to 
give you a chance to converse with someone before you add them. To add them, 
go into the conversation menu, and choose add to contacts.

Skype will pop up a window. Just focus to that window if it's not focused
already, read the message that pops up, then if you want to accept tab to
the ok button, if not tab to the decline button.
