No need to do that.  If he knows Eleanor's contact details, he can just type
it in the edit box. Just tab once from the contacts list.

Get him to add you to his contacts list. Then you should be able to see him

I'll give it a go again but I do not think he knows what name he used.  Is
there any way of checking on Skype to find out on his own Skype what name he
used?  I do not know how to do this but if you could tell me.  He uses Jaws.
