Hi Amro

I've never tried the Max package because it's only half worth bothering if you
know your exchange can support up to 16MB, and most can't.

You can certainly contact Sky at any time. But they use an 0870 number, and
tend to keep you hanging on a bit. As for whether they are any good at solving
your problems, I guess it depends what your problem is. I've usually managed
to get them to sort mine out as they've been at their end.

If you are really keen to have the Max package, check with BT or online what
your regular speed is. There is no point in paying for it if your exchange
doesn't support it.

  Subject: [access-uk] Sky broadband 16mb

  Hi all,

Has anyone tried Sky broadband max? That's the one with the 16mb speed. I'd
like to know if the connection is stable, and how does Sky after sale service
rate?

  TIA,
  Amro
