Hi Andy. On my sky package if I go to channel 996 it tells me all the channel numbers and what the channels are and whether they are audio described, signed etc. At the end of the list there is also a phone number especially for visually impaired people where they will advise you on all aspects of sky. I presume you can access channel 996 with your package. I am not on sky plus but I do subscribe to the whole package. If you can't access the 996 channel information channel let me know and I will get you the visually impaired person's sky help number. I'm currently paying £15.00 a month for a basic Sky package, which includes all free to air, National Geographic, Discovery and the Sci-Fi channel. I love it and in particular, I enjoy watching the Audio Described programmes. However, I am unable to watch one channel while recording another, which is a real pain as you can imagine. I'm thinking of Sky Plus, but cannot really find out much about it on the Sky site. Can anyone please advise me of the additional monthly costs involved and whither or not I can resolve the recording issue mentioned above. Finally, does anyone know of a list for Sky? Or a way of obtaining a listing of all audio described programmes for the whole week or day. Thanks. Best wishes.
