Hi Saqib

Firstly, have you plugged in the battery in the battery compartment?

Secondly, depending on how far away you are from the gnome's base
station, it can be a little slower to change channels than from using
the original control and Sky box.

Hi. I had received my Sky Gnome on Saturday. I contacted my local RNIB
about the availability and there were 5 left in stock. However I can
receive audio through it but I can't change the channel from it. I just
get searching displayed on screen. The base is in view and not hidden
out of the way. I have also had the Gnome on charge for the last 3 days
and when I remove the power cable it doesn't boot up.
