Hi Saqib

It's unfortunate you are getting a load of grief when you try to order
one.  It does appear to come down to who you get on the other end of the
phone at RNIB, and that there is an inconsistency of information they
require.

When I rang to get one on Saturday, I didn't have any problem, and nor
have friends of mine who have done likewise.  If you are feeling brave
and inclined, ask to speak to a Customer Services manager and get them
to explain their policy about this.  From what I read in Access IT, it
made no mention of having to obtain additional information from Insight
Radio.

Hi I have just called them about this and they demand that I tell them
where I saw the free add. I have contacted the online radio station for
a reference code and had no reply. I will leave it at that as I don't
have all day deal with the situation. For those who can get it then good

Hi Ali

It is a small sort of triangular-shaped device that relays the sound
of any broadcast on Sky to another  part of the house.  It is stereo,
allows you to change channels, or turn the Sky box on if it is off.
The battery lasts about eight hours, but comes with a mains charger.

Same here Steve.  I rang them when I read it on Saturday, and I

one without giving any other info.  I guess it depends on who you

get!!

I thought I'd get one as a spare because I use it a lot.  And they
are very hard to get hold of now.
