Hi Jackie, A UMPC is a very small PC that runs Windows XP Tablet. This is a full version of Windows Xp effectively. If you want to know exact sizes weights etc, I am not that good at that, do a google for Samsung Q1. That is the UMPC used for Recognizer. Also, another example of a UMPC, is the Smalltalk Ultra, http://www.gwmicro.com/smalltalk.
