Thank you very much. Quite frustrated as on one of my machines JAWS lost its
authorization and I now can't activate it even though I have a key left. So
Sight and Sound are going to send me a dongle, but they can't do it unless
Freedom gives them permission.

What are the opening hours for Sight and Sound? I'm trying to call technical
support about a severe JAWS problem, and I'm getting an answerphone. So am just
wondering if they only do half day on a Wednesday. I looked at their site and
opening hours were not mentioned.
