It has happened to me quite a lot under Vista! All works fine for ages, then for seemingly no reason, JFW tells me it is running in 40 minute mode, and that I need to reboot, and when I do, I get asked to enter my authorization key, this usually fixes the problem for a while, until it happens again!

Let me guess. Windows 7? JAWS seems to be pretty good at losing its
authorisation in Windows 7.

Thank you very much. Quite frustrated as on one of my machines JAWS lost its authorization and I now can't activate it even though I have a key left. So 
Sight and Sound are going to send me a dongle, but they can't do it unless
Freedom gives them permission.
