SN costs £835, but this is a full screen-reader with a full magnification
package. The Dolphin equivalent to Zoomtext with speech is called Lunar+ and
costs £395.

Hi Tony,

Yeah, it's all about having the opportunity to trial all these magnification
screanreader to evaluate which is the best one for us. I think supernova costs
about £600? pretty steep yeah, lol. It's a good alternative to try.
If I'm able to enroll for a computer course at college this year, which I
intend to do, I'll be working with the new supernova there as, the college have
told me that they have updated all their access software as well as spent money
of a bit extra kit.

My only quibble with zoomtext's screan reading level is; not telling me what
text field I'm in, not reading out the url on the address bar as I type it.
You have to enter a space in between words to get the speech to say anything
and, the spell checking issue where, you have to rely on the screan readers
prenounciation. With the last one, you can often get caught out like I do,
when i go and double check, that's what I've found.

All in all, a good day. I'm keen to go back next year.

Justin
