[access-uk] Re: Shut down problem

I've been having a similar problem for a few weeks and I don't know why. 
Someone who'd had a similar problem said theirs had fixed after they'd done 
a Windows Update.  I did a Windows Update and it was ok for a bit but now 
the problem's back again.  Don't know how much that helps but maybe try a 
Windows Update if you haven't done one lately.
