Hi,

Another one which I missed off is Nildram <http://www.nildram.net>.  What Demon 
and I think Nildram did was to put people on lower speads and not have a 
download cap on the services.

As I said my advise would still be Plusnet :).

Check out Demon Internet, <www.demon.net>. - I have used them for
years with no problems.  No restrictions on data.
