[access-uk] Selling Laptop.

We're hoping to sell my old laptop on EBay.
Is the easiest way to remove all of my information to just remove my
account? Also when removing Jaws do I remove via Add/Remove
I know I could take it to PcWorld from whence it came and pay for them
to remove everything but as not buying a replacement from them don't
really want to do that.
