[access-uk] Scrolling Problem

Hi All
I had a problem with my system a few days ago which I have now sorted out
except for one thing. When in Outlook Express and I've opened a post to read
it. I can't get the keyboard arrows to scroll up and down. I have to use the
arrowheads in the top and bottom right corners of the open message.
I seem to recall that there is a box that needs to be ticked/unticked to
activate this but just cannot find it.
Any help will be appreciated.
I'm running XP Home and OE version 6
