Good point Peter, I should have explained more.
Yes I'm totally blind but I'm also a teacher in a secondary school. The poweres
that be have asked all teachers to put their learning intentions for each
lessons on a white board so that all pupils will 'know where their lessons are
going.' As this means writing it is a problem for me. I could use my projector
screen with a page which shows all the time but this would mean I'd have to
remember to revert to the said page every time I finished using the DVD or
Display programs. I thought it would be an innovation if I could prepare a page
quickly with the learning intentions which would work as a screen saver - every
time I'm finished with the projector it would revert to the standard learning
intention screen. I'm fairly certain there are ones which convert standard
pages into a screen saver image. Ideally for the pupils' attention one with
scrolling text might be 'cool'.
So as you can see it's not really for my benefit at all, but I'm hoping to gain
some information from anyone who may have used such an ACCESSIBLE program.
Thanks again.
Gordon

If you are using jaws, why do you want a screen saver? If you are blind like
me, wy doyou even have your screen turned on.

Has anyone any experience of a screensaver program which allows you to
create screens containing text, pictures etc.? I would like one which works
well with Jaws.
Perhaps there's one which can be made from pages taken from other programs
like Powerpoint or MS Word?
Something which works like a small presentation on screensaver would be
ideal.
Thanks for all your help.
