[access-uk] Screensaver

Has anyone any experience of a screensaver program which allows you to create
screens containing text, pictures etc.? I would like one which works well with
Jaws.
Perhaps there's one which can be made from pages taken from other programs like
Powerpoint or MS Word?
Something which works like a small presentation on screensaver would be ideal.
