Both JAWS 8.0 and 9.0 have a facility to change the way it presents the
web page to you. Press insert+V and press letter D until you reach
"document presentation" and use spacebar to toggle it from "simple
layout" to "screen layout" and press enter. This will read far closer
to the layout of the screen but it will not exactly mirror it.
