Yes, they do, but I don't know about its quality etc. I really think it wouldn't be possible with this stuff as it's not repeated by address or subject and all the message headers mean nothing much to me either.

how many is it a day? if it is just 10 or something I would just live with
it. it's normal.

do NTL provide spam filtering?

There are programs you can download but maybe others can advise on which is
best.

I have used one called Spam Kaktus (don't know about the spelling). It is
free but I gave up with it. I want to be able to tell it that a message is
spam when I come across the message rather than to go into the training mode
each time I want to train emails as being spam or good.

Hi all,

Well, again I need to ask advice what to do with this rubbish. Much of what
I receive is just a jumble of sentences, which often make little sense and I
don't care to read anyway. There's quite a bit each day though and I'm
totally fedup with it. I don't recognise any of the addresses from which
this rubbish comes.

What should I do, please?
