[access-uk] Re: SPYBOT SEARCH AND DESTROY

Hi Carol,

1. Connect to the internet.

2. If using Jaws try ALT + A for a menu and select the "Search for updates"
option. You may need to use the Jaws cursor to select the relevant
downloads.

Hope this helps.

Subject: [access-uk] SPYBOT SEARCH AND DESTROY

Hi there all,

OK! You know how I feel about these spyware programmes - don't really
understand any of them! I've just installed SPYBOT and don't know whatever
to do to update before starting to scan. (Makes you want to throw the
computer out of the window!)

If anyone would like to help me through this, I'd be grateful - much more
than!
