[access-uk] Re: SKY AD not working

It is probably because the audio discription on telewest is only being rolled out slowly channel bychannel and I am not sure exactly how many channels are carrying it at present. I understand that it should be fully operational by sometime next year.

Hi all.

My sighted wife Pauline visited my vi brother today to set up the audio description option on his TV. Unfortunately, she advised that she was not able to uncheck the off and check the on option.

According to My brother, he is receiving SKY via Tellywest. He is paying £48.00 a month for the full package. Anyone any idea what is happening please as he would really love ad.
