I found Amazon still had some and, even if older stock, I got one for
considerably less this time around.
I am sure there may well now be better on the market and next time
around I may have to go that route but, for now, thanks! I found it, all
by myself.

I'm a little confused as the subject line says earpiece and ear hook. My understanding is for these to be for 2 different purposes. The earpiece for hearing people and the ear hook for use with a hearing aid such as I use. I can see no reason for bit together. Geemarc do a very good ear hook one for hearing impaired and almost any technical shop or mobile phone shop will sell you a earpiece version
