  Hi Andy, you can try W Darby at 01727826729. I've used them a couple of times 
over the past few years to buy cable replacement and never had a problem. From 
what I gathered they are a small company who specialise in sennheiser spare 
parts.

  And here's the sennheiser's dealer's phone 08006525002. Not sure though if 
they sell spare parts.
