[access-uk] Removing ie9

Hi all.
Running win7 home premium 64 bit on an Acer laptop and want to remove IE9
and get it back to IE8, please.
IE9 is not listed in the programs that can be uninstalled by the add remove
programs facility.
How do I get rid of it please?
