Hi again Barry.

Did you see the other 2 messages regarding a wee programme called unclean? I'll check that out first Barry as it may prove a useful programme to have for any future difficulties like this.

Hi Barry.

It's the latest trial edition Norton 2004 Barry. Will the information you point me to be helpful with respect to this edition?

Hi Andy

If it is Norton 2003 or older, this page will explain how to get rid of it:

Hi all.

After trying out Norton for a few weeks, I have decided to go back to Sygate
and AVG. I have turned Norton off and now wish to remove it from my system.
However, within Add/Remove, Norton has no box for Remove Programme. Just a
single box saying Click here for Information. Can anyone please advise me
how to get rid of Norton. I'd just let it sit there, but ever since turning
it off, I get a DLL File not Found warning on boot-up.

Best wishes.
Andy
