So is it true that remote assistance over MSN is accessible? I thought the
remote access options provided by screen readers, including the new JAWS
Tandem, were the only accessible ones out there.

Hi Jim.
Could you please elaborate on this remote access through MSN? I might
want to use this with a friend that I have who frequently asks for my
assistance to resolve issues with her computer system. What can you do
from the host machine? can you flick back and forth between your computer
and that which you are controlling?
All the best, Ibrahim.

Hi Adrien,
Have you thought of using msn for remotely accessing another computer. My
son regularly accesses my computer using msn and the only problem is
entering the password as you have to shift tab to get to the relevant
password field, but apart from that, its accessible. You can get to
request remote assistance through the actions menu on msn.
Jim.
