When I purchased an item from Barbara with which I wasn't totally happy
(because it was a bigger learning curve than I'd thought it would be) she
very graciously took it back and was very pleasant and courteous! I'd
purchase again from her any time, and in fact have purchased a small item
since! <Smiles>
She has helped me a number of times with informmation about software she
knows and is using. I'm always very grateful!

Just a quick note to pass on a recommendation. Barbara
Wilson of
Creative Eyes has delivered an absolutely fantastic
service over the past couple of days, and I wanted to let
everyone know.
Upgrading my Talks license proved to be more complicated
than it
should have been. Barbara went out of her way to help
unravel the problem, successfully I might add, and
throughout she was friendly and courteous.
I hadn't used Creative Eyes before, so it was a pleasant
surprise to
