[access-uk] Recommendations for accessible ftp client, please.

I'm trying to find a really accessible ftp client, preferably one I
can send out to people pre-configured with server, local folder,
username and password configured, so people can just install and press
"go".
Web upload methods either aren't accessible or reliable enough - only
ftp seems to provide the reliability I need.
