[access-uk] Read receipts not being sent in Outlook 2k

AS a rule I decline allowing read receipts when senders request them.  However, 
I
saw no harm in acknowledging replies I've made to some businesses, but on 
okaying
sending of a receipt I find it hasn't been sent on closing Outlook 2k.

I wondered if anyone has any thoughts on this and maybe whether NOD32 could have
anything to do with it.  Any thoughts on this appreciated.
