Peter, I'm going start menu, settings, control pannel, sounds and audio devices. Then I've got the tabs going from left to right. I've found the play back, but when I mute it, JAWS stops speaking so I must be doing something wrong. Are you able to be any more specific. Sorry to be a bit dim about this - smiles.
