Hi Andrew,
There was a good review on Infotech, done by Terry Clasper. The speech, in
my view, is pretty awful on the RNIB phone. Also, if you get a problem
which could be a network, or phone problem, and you are not sure, I don't
believe any network is going to be able to support that phone, since it has
no screen. I suppose it could be good for some people, but I personally
have serious reservations about that phone. But for small phones with
Talks, take a look at the Nokia 6630, or the 6670, or the 7610. They are by
no means as big as the N-Gage.
All the best

Subject: [access-uk] RNIB talking phone
Hi,
The RNIB now sell the Spannish made 22C mobile phone. Has anyone actually
had this in their hands and can talk about the size? I am looking for the
smallest
phone I can get, as I am fed up with the N-Gage etc and their size.
Although I would probably use the picture messaging a bit on the smartphone,
I wouldn't
use anything else, and am wondering whether the battery life on a phone
without screen would be better, especially if it were smaller?
Andrew.
