Hi all, I am pritty cross at the moment and was wandering if anyone could
offer me some advice. There are a couple of books that I would really like
to get a hold of from the RNiB Talking Books Library. But you guessed it
they are in the old format.

I am told by the RNiB that they won't send out any books in the old format
and theres no time frame for putting these books in to the new digital
format.

Ok I am not unreasonable I can understand that putting all the books in to
the new format is going to take some time. But I don't see why I can't order
these books in the old format. I'm sure the RNiB haven't gotten rid of all
the old players and what's the point of having the old books just sitting on
shelves somewhere waiting to be transfered.

Who can I complain to at the rNiB that might actually be able to do
something about this?

And why can't someone still order the old format books if they want to?
