[access-uk] Re: RNIB online shop

Hi Ron,

What are you on about? How can you make a copy of your current list? You
mean from when you first selected it? But then every time you had read a
book, you'd have to amend the list. This is not a solution.

All the best

Steve

Hi Dave,

Another thing you can't do online is to view your Talking Books selection.
That is a real shame. I like the fact you can add to it, but all it does is
sends an Email to cservices. Would be nice if one could view and then add,
delete or amend their selection in real time.

All the best

Steve

Hi you can email cservices@xxxxxxxxxxx if you know what you will want and
what info they need for sorting magazines and subscriptions.

I agree it should be doable online, a simple form would do the trick!
