Christine, I agree here. RNIB's sent me some duplicate labelling stuff, and when I told them that I only ordered one, I don't ever recall them giving me not only a replacement but my money back. So same here; I only order from RNIB when I *have* to, otherwise it's Cobolt all the way! ----- Original Message ----- From: "Christine Weetman" <goatmum@xxxxxxx>

No, No, No, No way would I give RNIB to dabble into my account whenever theywish, they make too many mistakes, I've been charged wrongly on more than one occasion and they don't give you the money back, even though it was /Their fault, the give you Credit! I don't have Credit at Asda etc, why Should I have to accept credit from a Charity, Especially the RNIB, I try Not to buy from them whenever I can and if I do, I'll try to buy from a local branch, did you know when the handling charge was in force the local societies didn't charge it? Sorry for the rant, just my oppinion, you did ask! Christine. ----- Original Message ----- From: "David Russell" <david.russell8@xxxxxxxxxxxx> To: "Access-Uk@Freelists. This is the course of actionIhave taken, and today I decided to purchase an item from the Online Shop.Iwas a little surprised when it came to pay, because the only option I was given for payment was by credit card. I rather expected there to be an option so that the new account could be used for payment. Maybe it was there, and I did not look carefully enough, but I would like to hear any views on this matter. It was not a problem, as I used a credit card, butitwould have been good to have the opportunity of using the newly set up account.
