well ultimately if this service takes off, they will be able to cut down on 
costs by getting rid of personnel at the Peterborough call centre as wel as 
being able to lay off peple who check the books in and out, and who stuff the 
pouches with new books and put them in the post. 

Harsh bit of economics but hopefully this would mean they have more money to 
make more books with.
