Carol - It was just a case of downloading 2 bits of software, that work very 
well, and are in my experience, more strait forward than many others. You 
were especially enquiring about ripping, and their programme, express rip is 
simple and great! Good luck -

Hi Andy,

I did look at that suite of programs after my first crash and quite liked it
but wanted something all-in-one and not a lot of different utilities around.
I'll make an executive decision soon, don't worry!
