Hi, JAWS and dragon work well without JSAY although jaws doesn't speak as you dictate but it's easy to get things read back by telling dragon to select them. Due to other commitments I don't want to get in to a detailed discussion about how I find it works, but yes it works very well out of the box with Dragon 11.5 and JAWS 13.

You could get Dragon but I believe there is another very expensive programme

you need, around six hundred or more! to run Dragon with Jaws.
