If the Sonus is the same as the Evoke, you unscrew the internal antenna, this allows one to connect an external antenna via an F plug.

Hi Paul,

There is no reference in the full manual in PDF either, so I assume you
can't, as I can't find anywhere that looks like a place you could connect
it.

All the best

Subject: [access-uk] Quick Sonus-1XT Question

Folks,

If anyone yet owns a Sonus-1XT, do you happen to know if/how you can connect
an external aerial to the unit please? The manual appears to make no
reference to this facility, but I'm sure I read in the original
specification that you can use an external instead of the internal aerial,
but can't locate anywhere where this might connect!

Cheers.

Paul.
