Hi Sam,
If you're after a good reliable brand, I'd check Dell. Better than buying a
main tower from any of the high street shops that you have more control over
the configuration of your machine. Dell computers, in my opinion, are well
built and worth the money. Another choice is PCSpecialist.co.uk. They give you
total control over the configuration of your new built machine, and they do
good deals too. If you have Intel processors in mind and have the budget, check
out the Intel Core 2 Quad Extreme Edition QX9770, or, the Intel Core 2 Quad
Extreme Edition QX9775. With 3.20GHz clock speed and more importantly 1600FSB
you won't be complaining about speed and performance anytime soon!
HTH,
Amro

some recommendations for things like supplier, make and spec I only require a
base unit don't need monitor. I will be looking to run Zoomtext & Jaws at
different times Vista home premium and basically as fast a PC as I can get.
