Hi Kevin.
I'm not a vista user, but are you logged in as an administrator? Also, have you checked to see whether you have the relevant permitions to install software IE in account control?

Hi all,
Sorry for the mistakes in spelling in the subject line it's late and I'm dashing this off in a bit of a hurry.
I can't get K1000 to register using vista on my laptop. I ave a little net book and tried it last night on this little baby it registered no problems on this using xp home on that net book.
The message i keep getting is yor system could not be updated and contact yor administrator. can anyone help?
