real alternative should play the bbc stations ok but you may have problems
with trying to listen to other stations with it. I installed it and found
that I couldn't listn to RTE with it so I re-installed the bbc version of
real player and things were back to normal.

The players I have are Real alternative and windows Media Player 10.
i unenstalled Real Alternative after reading your last message on this thread and will see which player now loads the radio WM stream when I click on the link you provided in an earlier message.
