[access-uk] Problem with USB Flash Drive

Hi All
A friend at work has a new USB flash drive when he plugs it into his XP PC it 
is installs but when he goes to My Computer it is not displayed. It works fine 
on a Windows 2000 PC can anybody shed any light to a possible solution to this.
