Hi All
For some time now I've been having a problem with my floppy disk drive in my
desktop computer. In fact, apart from installing the authorisation for my
JAWS software, I don't ever recall having got any of my floppy disks to
work - but my husband thinks it used to work!! Basically the problem is
that when we try and read a floppy disk we either get the message "The disk
is not formatted" or "The media is not recognised". When I've tried to
format a disk it's been unsuccessful. However, my husband has then
formatted those same disks successfully on his work computer, but they still
don't work in our floppy disk drive at home.
Has anyone come across this problem?
