[access-uk] Re: Problem with Computer Freezing for A Second at a Time

Hi,

My first thought was RAM, but it's not impossible, but highly unlikely RAM goes
on two computers in the same house at the same time. It could be other
security software certainly, but just as likely as it is to be that than MSE.
Softwares, software. <smiles>

Barry.

Eleanor, sounds unlikely that MSE would cause a problem like that, as it is
usually pretty easy-going. You don't by any chance have another anti-malware
program running? It might be an idea to switch it off if you have.

Have you updated anything else lately, such as your screen reader?

Have you done a cleanup lately with something like CCleaner? If not, that
might help.

This is all sheer guesswork, of course.

Vince.
