Hi Clive -

I've had my attempts looked at today, and the labels have come out perfectly, so many thanks again for sending this, it'll make a big difference to me -

Hello Andy,

This depends on what printer model you have. does it have a slot for envelopes? We have an HP printer and I have to remove all the paper and place the label face down with the cut-out corner at the top-left, so when the label is printed it comes out face up with the cut-out corner at bottom-left. I hope this makes it more clear.

Best wishes,

Clive Pallett
