I second that, it is so easy. I use model 400 but it is not made now. The new ones work okay. Once installed they are simple to use. I thoroughly recommend them. Once you type in and save an address, it is there in the list next time you need it. They never run out of ink, and the labels go very cheaply on eBay. Mine is a Brother HL2030 which is a cheap mono laser printer which does the job on envelopes and articles for the blind labels. I set up a template for envelopes so that the address always comes out at the same place on the envelope, and I made another template for labels. Once you've completed an address in the template you can just save the file as something else which means you've got the addresses you use most often readily available. I quite like to start doing this myself rather than keep asking people at the post office. So, is there any easy way to print addresses on envelopes please? Perhaps a template or a tool / program to align addresses and print them correctly? I may even consider solutions to print addresses on adhesive labels if they are cheep and really straightforward to setup and use. I use Windows 7 Pro and my printer is Brother DCP-377CW if that makes any difference. Thanks for any ideas I may receive.
