Hi Eleanor,

That depends on your phone.  If you have one of the newer phones, the N82
upwards, then they don't have edit keys.  In this case, you hit the star
key.

Hit Talks key twice. It should say Edit. Arrow up or down as the case may be
and be guided by the options.
