Hi all,
I'm looking for suggestions on the following from quality and accessibility
point of view please. I'm after a portable music recorder to record our band
rehearsals and gigs for later reviewing. So I'd like the device to be a high
quality, or at least decent, audio recorder device. I want to use the device as
my MP3 player on the go too.
If memory serves, there was a mention of a quite good new portable audio
recorder from Roland on this list not long ago? Could someone remind me what
model it was?
Possible candidates I've come across so far are:
a. the Archos Jukebox Recorder and MP3 player 20GB. This one sounds decent and
I think Rockbox can be installed on it? On the Rockbox site it says "Jukebox
Recorder V2", is that the same device? Has anyone tried it to record music?
b. The Milestone from RNIB. From previous talk on this list, I think that this
is not the kind of thing I'm looking for? I couldn't find a grate deal of info
about it on the RNIB website.
Any ideas or suggestions will be most welcomed!
AmroB
