Personally I use iCatcher. I like it. It's fully accesssible and it gets podcasts and rss. It also has speed control and it's very customizable.

nd love it. I don't usually put music into it, though you can, as I use it solely for podcasts.It has a variety of speed setting, you can choose whether to download or stream podcasts, and also have choice about how many to keep and for how long etc.It took me a bit of getting used to, but it was well worth it.
