Dolphin have demonstrated pocket HAL several times over the previous year.
You'll need to talk to them to see if there is any further information on a
release date.

I was wondering please, other than Mobile Speak Pocket from Code Factory, is
there any screen reader for Windows-based PDA's? Do the Talks folks have any
plans to release a compatible version of Talks with them Pocket PC's?
