Peter, I suspect that maybe you need to upgrade Real player. Do you have it
set to do so automatically?

I realise that this might be considered off topic, but any
advice would be appreciated.

I am having difficulty when trying to listen to certain
programs via the BBC's listen again facility. For example, I have no trouble
listening again to the Archers, or programs on radio2. However, I don't seem
to be able to listen to IN Touch, or anything on listen again on BBC7. Thhis
problem has only recently occured.
